Small jaw and terrible gag reflex during oral sex?

According to my dentists I have a very small jaw and it really gets in the way when I give my boyfriend head. My jaw gets this pain so quickly or I gag and have to stop. What are good ways to work on my gag reflexes? Does the position were in impact the affect of how I feel while doing it?

what? you were asking your dentist about your oral sex problem?

if you don't want to give oral then don't. and please don't practice gagging yourself.
